Going the Extra Mile to Help You Save Time and Money: From a simple to complex repair we carry a wide selection of repair parts on our service trucks to save you time.
Water & Gas Re-pipes
A re-pipe involves drywall access, carpentry, electrical, drywall finish and painting; coordination with all aspects of the re-plumb can be managed by us, thus providing one stop shopping process. Potable water piping that fails can be Polybutylene, Galvanized, Kitec, and Copper. If you have this problem the only solution is to have the plumbing/piping replaced by a qualified re-piping specialist. The following are necessary steps that need to be taken to assure you that the problem is resolved:
- Correctly identify the type of plumbing/piping in your home.
- Understand that there is a difference between a plumber and a re-piping specialist.
- Learn more about the re-piping process and possible mold remediation.
Toilet Repairs or Replacement
From a simple to complex repair we carry a wide selection of repair parts on our service trucks. If a replacement toilet is needed, be sure to ask about EPA approved Water Sense labeled toilets. Toilets are by far the main source of water use in the home, accounting for nearly 30 percent of residential indoor water consumption. Toilets also happen to be a major source of wasted water due to leaks and/or inefficiency. WaterSense, a program sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), is helping consumers identify high performance, water-efficient toilets that can reduce water use in the home and help preserve the nation's water resources. Recent advancements have allowed toilets to use 20 percent less water than the current federal standard, while still providing equal or superior performance. Over the course of a person’s lifetime, they will likely flush the toilet nearly 140,000 times. If you replace older, existing toilets with WaterSense labeled models, you can save 4,000 gallons per year with this simpler, greener choice.
Sink faucet, Tub & Shower Repairs
A leaky faucet or showerhead that drips at the rate of one drip per second can waste more than 3,000 gallons per year. Most of us know we can save water if we turn off the tap while brushing our teeth (as much as 3,000 gallons per year!), but did you know that there are products that will help save water when you turn on the tap too? WaterSense, a program sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), can help you identify high-performance, water-efficient bathroom sink faucets and faucet accessories that can reduce water use in the home and help preserve the nation's water resources.
AAA Integrity Mechanical, LLC provides Bradford White water heaters. Whether your home uses electricity, gas, or liquid propane (LP) gas, our water heaters are designed to help you meet the hot water demands of your household while lowering your operating costs.
Tank-less Water Heaters
Maybe you could use an energy efficient tank-less water heater and not only save on energy consumption but also gain back some of the wasted space used up by a tank type heater. Tank-less water heaters with an energy factor of 0.82 or greater qualify for Federal Tax Credits up to 30% of the full purchase and installation price up to a maximum credit of $1,500.00.
Solar Water Heaters
Solar hot water is free and natural. And now with Federal and State Tax Credits available and SRP or APS Utility Rebates provided for Solar Water Heating installations there’s never been a better time to install a Solar Water Heating System. Ask about the details.
Hot Water Recirculation
Tired of waiting for hot water at the faucet or shower and tired of wasting gallons down the drain? The average home wastes over 31 gallons a day and over 11,000 gallons a year waiting for hot water. That’s not just wasted water, that’s wasted money and wasted time. The Grundfos Comfort System pumps hot water through your existing pipes, so hot water is never wasted and comfortable water is always at hand-in an instant. If a dedicated recirculation line is desired we can design a system that will work best.
Water Pressure Problems
Excessive pressure is not good; anything above 80lbs. (per code) should be regulated down to 80 lbs. or below to prevent damaging seals, gaskets, valves, and solenoid valves and house piping.
Slab Leak Detection
When a copper water pipe breaks below the concrete floor it is not always an easy find or fix. Even though the floor might be warm or hot to the touch the actual leak could be several yards away, it is wise to have a professional leak locator pinpoint the source of the problem and recommend the best repair.

Gas line Repair or Installation
A gas line leak is nothing to put off or wait on to be repaired. The hazards of a leak can range from a fire or explosion to going without hot water for an extended amount of time. While the “handy-man” can put pipe together often times a city permit and inspection is required for the gas company to “unlock” a gas meter and start service again. If your project requires gas lines be run to a new range or dryer, a fireplace, fire pit or a pool heater we can help save time and money with code approved Corrugated Stainless Steel pipe, Polyethylene buried pipe or we can cut and thread steel pipe as needed.
